Do you have old family photographs that have faded, changed color, been water damaged or torn, or have loss areas? Almost any photograph, no matter how badly damaged, can be restored, more contrast added, changed to black-and-white or sepia, copied, enlarged, or reduced. Even if the photo has been torn in half, it can be restored.
When The Museum Shop restores photographs or does copy work, we suggest you have additional copies made for family or friends; what a wonderful gift for anyone!
What can be more important than preserving your heritage? Remember, we can also restore family documents. For one family we restored a photo, in bad condition, of their ancestors going through Ellis Island, as well as the documentation that went with it.
